What we collect

Account data — your name, work email and workspace name when you sign up. Your CRM data — the contacts, companies, deals, notes and activities you choose to add. Operational data — basic logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use it

To provide and secure the product, to support you, and to improve how seals.deals works. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the contents of your CRM for advertising.

Where it lives

Your workspace is isolated from every other customer with row-level security at the database layer, so one account can never read another’s data. Data is encrypted in transit. We rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and a managed Postgres database) to operate the service.

This website

This marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no third-party scripts. Nothing you do here is profiled, sold or shared for advertising.

To show prices in your currency we read your device’s time zone— for example “Europe/Madrid” — inside your own browser. It is never sent to us and never stored on our servers. This needs no permission because nothing leaves your device.

We also ask whether you are happy for us to work your country out from your IP addressinstead, which is a little more accurate. An IP address is personal data and resolving it means sending it to a location provider, so we only do it if you say yes. If you say no — or ignore the question — the site behaves identically and prices still appear, from the time zone. You can change your answer any time from “Privacy choices” in the footer.

Your answer, and any currency you pick by hand, are stored in your browser’s local storage so we can honour them on your next visit. Clearing your browser data removes both. We do not keep a copy.

Server logs

Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that records standard request logs — including IP address — for a short period to deliver pages, keep the service available and defend against abuse. That is a technical necessity of serving a website rather than something we analyse, and we don’t use those logs to profile visitors or to decide what price you see.

Your choices

You can access and edit your data anytime inside the app, export it, or ask us to delete your workspace entirely. Reach us at hello@seals.deals and we’ll help.
