Who you're contracting with

seals.deals is operated by Codeo Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14645731), registered office Gallants Farm, Gallants Lane, East Farleigh, Maidstone, England, ME15 0LF. VAT registration GB471553781. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Codeo Solutions Limited, and “you” means the organisation that owns the workspace.

The service

seals.deals is a hosted CRM: pipeline, contacts, quotes, contracts, automations and a REST API, delivered over the web. We improve it continuously, so features change. We won’t remove something you rely on without telling you first.

Subscription, seats and price

seals.deals is sold per seat, with a minimum of three seats per workspace. A seat is one named person who can sign in — seats aren’t shared logins, though you can reassign one when somebody leaves.

The current price is on our pricing page. You’re billed in pounds, euros or US dollars depending on where you are, and the currency shown when you subscribe is the currency you’re charged in. Prices exclude VAT and any other sales tax, which is added where it applies.

Choosing yearly billing means you pay for ten months and get twelve. Yearly is charged up front for the year.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly or yearly — at the price then shown on our pricing page. If we change the price we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn’t refund the period you’re already in, and you keep access until that period ends. Seats added mid-period are charged pro rata; seats removed take effect at the next renewal.

If a payment fails we’ll retry and email you. If it’s still unpaid after 14 days we may suspend the workspace. We won’t delete your data over a failed payment without at least 30 days’ notice and a chance to export it.

While seals.deals is in early access we aren’t taking payment yet. When billing begins we’ll email every workspace owner beforehand — nobody is charged by surprise.

Your account & your data

Your data is yours. We store it to run the service for you, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to train anything. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what the people in your workspace do with it.

You can export your data at any time, and you can ask us to delete your workspace — we act on that within 30 days. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t use seals.deals to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to store other people’s data without a lawful basis, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend a workspace that does, and we’ll tell you why.

Availability

We aim to keep seals.deals available around the clock, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We’ll schedule maintenance outside European business hours where we can, and give notice of anything likely to be disruptive.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. So far as the law allows, we’re not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. For material changes we’ll email workspace owners at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use seals.deals after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction. seals.deals is sold to organisations rather than to consumers.
